For purchases, the service is expected to process contact and billing-identifying information supplied to our payment processor, customer-uploaded solicitation documents, and records needed to prepare and deliver the purchased package. We do not intend to collect payment card numbers directly.

How information is used

To validate an order, analyze the document, produce and deliver its output, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and keep necessary accounting and security records. AI processing may involve transmitting document contents to the selected model API provider under applicable agreements.

Storage and deletion

Service providers
