What is sold

BidCheck Janitorial is a one-time, digitally delivered document-preparation package for one eligible janitorial or commercial cleaning RFP. Proposed price: $149 USD. There are no recurring charges.

Digital delivery

When the service launches, eligible customers will receive a secure download of their preparation report, editable checklist, and response outline at the email address used at checkout. No physical goods are shipped. A clear delivery-time commitment must be published here before live purchases are enabled: [CONFIRM DELIVERY EXPECTATION].

All purchases are final

All sales are final following successful delivery. Each package is generated specifically from the customer's submitted RFP. We do not offer discretionary returns, changes-of-mind refunds, or cancellations after successful delivery. Refunds are not available solely because a customer later decides not to bid, an RFP is amended, a bid is unsuccessful, or the customer expected outcomes not promised by the product.

When a refund or correction may be required

Unsupported documents are intended to be rejected before payment. If we accept payment but cannot complete and deliver the purchased package within the stated delivery commitment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. Unauthorized charges, materially unfulfilled orders, and other circumstances governed by applicable law or payment-network requirements will be handled as required.

Payment disputes and customer support

A final-sale policy does not eliminate bank or card-network dispute rights. For suspected duplicate charges, missing delivery, or other billing problems, contact support@bidcheckjanitorial.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. A written copy of this policy is available on request.

No ongoing services

Completed orders do not include ongoing revisions, monitoring of later RFP addenda, bid submission, or future document updates. A new RFP requires a separate purchase.
