BidCheck Janitorial is a proposed digital document-preparation product offered by AVH Point to Point LLC. The planned $149 one-time order covers analysis of one supported janitorial or commercial cleaning RFP and generation of a preparation summary, a source-referenced checklist, and a response outline.

Important limitations

The product is a planning aid, not a complete proposal, legal advice, insurance advice, pricing recommendation, bid submission, or guarantee of compliance or award. AI-assisted outputs may contain omissions or errors. Customers must read their original procurement documents, amendments, and instructions and verify all material requirements independently.

Eligible files

The initial intended service covers English-language, text-searchable PDF files within the posted page and file-size limits. We may decline unsupported, damaged, unreadable, or unrelated documents before checkout.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have the right to upload the documents they submit. They must not upload malware, unrelated personal data, or materials whose processing would breach law or applicable confidentiality obligations. Buyers must verify outputs before relying on them for bid submissions.

Payment, fulfillment and cancellation

Payment is a one-time $149 purchase for one supported RFP. No subscription is created. All sales are final after successful delivery, with no discretionary change-of-mind refunds or post-delivery cancellations. If an accepted paid order cannot be completed and delivered as promised, a full refund will be issued. Duplicate or unauthorized charges, disputes, and non-waivable legal rights are addressed in our all-sales-final delivery and refund policy. No ongoing update or maintenance obligation is included.
